Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Regrettably, once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address and/or products. Please reach out to our customer service team at customer.service@pairstudio.co.za as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
What are your delivery options?
We offer a range of delivery options to receive the Products purchased on our Site. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs.
The purchase price displayed at checkout is already final and inclusive of any import duty that may apply to your order shipping in and around South Africa.
Door to door delivery:
- Standard Delivery cost is free
- Delivered within 3-10 working days
- Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours
In-store pick-up
- In-store pick-up cost is free
- Delivered within 3-10 working days
- Select your preferred store at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges and/or refunds?
At PAIR, we provide complimentary returns and exchanges for your convenience. You have the option to receive a refund to your original method of payment or a Timberland credit note. Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. While we typically process refunds within 48 hours, please note that it may take up to 10-15 working days for the refund to be completed.
