Do you offer exchanges and/or refunds?
At PAIR, we provide complimentary returns and exchanges for your convenience. You have the option to receive a refund to your original method of payment or a Timberland credit note. Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. While we typically process refunds within 48 hours, please note that it may take up to 10-15 working days for the refund to be completed.
