How long is a gift card valid for?
Our Gift Cards remain valid for up to three years from purchase. Any remaining balance upon expiry will be canceled and cannot be used for future purchases.

PAIR gift cards are accepted for online purchases and at PAIR stores throughout South Africa
CAN I CANCEL, CHANGE, EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY GIFT CARD?
Gift cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for cash.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD IF I DO NOT USE THE FULL AMOUNT?
Any remaining balance from your purchase will be retained for future use as long as it's utilized before the expiry date.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY GIFT CARD CODE?
